The MBSR program is the start of a life long journey, and the course will give you the foundation and the tools to begin it. The MBSR program is fundamental, it will answer all your questions, explain mindfulness in its true sense and give you hands on experience. Initially I wanted to skip it and just move straight to practicing on my own, and I am now glad I didn’t as I consider the MBSR  program a crucial key for understanding what mindfulness really is.

The benefits of the program are many, but the most important is that I returned to a state of serenity. The course gave me so much more than I had ever imagined. I learnt how to see the world and myself in a different, much more positive and healthy way.

Carolina is also an excellent mentor, her personal touch on the program was important for me.
